Halloween fans can start looking forward to Bakersville 2025, returning to Baker Park on Saturday, October 4th. This year’s event runs from 7:00 PM until midnight—slightly earlier than past years—and features one important update: if rain forces a cancellation, ticketholders will receive refunds, but otherwise, all sales are final. The committee and Kewanee Park District are encouraging guests to avoid event-night lines by purchasing pre-sale tickets in person, with time slots available. Ticket sale details drop in August. Organizers also call for volunteers, and anyone interested can contact the team through their Facebook page. Ticket sale information and dates will be announced in August.

“As always, we cannot do Bakersville without all of our amazing volunteers! If you would like to help us out this year, we can always use help behind the scenes, setting up the day of, or haunting the night of the event. We even have simple scare ideas and equipment if you want to help but don’t want to plan!”
