The City of Galesburg Parks and Recreation and the American Legion Baseball Post 285 will dedicate the field at H.T. Custer Park to longtime resident and baseball coach, Jimmy Isaacson, on Sunday, July 21, 2024, at 11 AM. The ceremony starts at 11 AM and a legion doubleheader game starts at noon. Although no city business will be conducted, a quorum of the Galesburg City Council may be present at the ceremony.
