Animal lovers unite to help shelter pets in the Kewanee area through the Barkin’ for Bingo fundraiser on October 12th. The event, held at the Flemish American Club in Kewanee from 1 to 3 PM, supports the Kewanee Animal Shelter and brings the community together for bingo, food, and fun. For $15, attendees can join several rounds of bingo, each with a variety of prizes. Proceeds go directly to the Henry County Humane Society – Kewanee, funding care for cats and dogs awaiting forever homes. In addition to bingo, supporters can enjoy food by Mark Eilers for purchase and connect with others passionate about animal welfare. Lunch is served from 11 AM until food is gone. Don’t miss an afternoon of fun, dedicated to making a difference for local pets in need.
