The Illinois Extension is offering a class titled ‘Quick Healthy Meals On-The-Go’ in partnership with local Farm Bureaus. Led by Susan Glassman, the class focuses on preparing fast, healthy meals and includes a hands-on activity to make pickled vegetables. Classes are scheduled in Henry on August 6, in Ottawa on August 7, and in Princeton on August 14. Registration is required, and seats are limited.
This class is sponsored, in part, by the Illinois Farm Bureau Consumer Grant. Seating is limited. Classes are from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. Call your Local Farm Bureau office to register:
