Regional Media Network Area Standouts Selected for 52nd Annual Illinois High School Shrine Game

[Kewanee, IL] — Dec. 17, 2025 — Several standout high school football seniors from communities served by the Regional Media Network have been selected to participate in the 52nd Annual Illinois High School Shrine Game, an all-star showcase benefiting Shriners Hospitals for Children® and Shriners International.
The Illinois High School Football Coaches Association announced the Red and Blue Team selections on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. The game will be played Saturday, June 20, 2026 at Tucci Stadium on the campus of Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois.
Kickoff is set for 11:00 a.m. with pregame beginning at 10:00 a.m.
“Beyond the competition, the Shrine Game is about giving these young men an unforgettable experience while raising funds and awareness to help kids,” said Eric Tjarks, Game Chairman, in a message to supporters.
