Hog Days Celebration Kicks Off with Family-Friendly Activities and Crafts

Young festival-goers can get a jump start on this year’s Hog Days Celebration. Beginning August 1st, families are invited to snap a selfie at the Pig Photo Op Station and take part in the Find the Pig Challenge. From August 18th through the 29th, kids can join a fun-filled Hog Days Scavenger Hunt. Craft lovers will want to stop in August 25th to 29th to make special Hog Days headbands, while marshmallow pig snouts are on the creative menu August 26th through 28th. The KPLD team hopes everyone enjoys a safe and memorable Hog Days.
