SHARE NOW

All Disaster Recovery Centers in Illinois will be temporarily closed on November 4th and 5th due to Election Day. They will reopen on November 6th. However, the Homewood Recovery Center at the Village of Homewood Auditorium will close permanently at 6:00 p.m. on November 6th. Individuals can apply online at DisasterAssistance.gov or contact the FEMA Helpline for assistance.

The deadline to apply for FEMA assistance is November 19. To apply for assistance without visiting a center, go online to DisasterAssistance.gov, download the FEMA mobile app, or call the FEMA Helpline at 800-621-3362. If you use a relay service such as video relay service, captioned telephone service, or others, give FEMA your number for that service when you apply.
