The Bureau County Farm Bureau is stirring up excitement with an upcoming class on hearty soups and stews. Scheduled for February 20th at 6 PM, the event will be led by Susan Glassman, a Nutrition and Wellness Educator with the University of Illinois Extension. Participants will learn homemade garnish techniques and how to set up a soup bar for any occasion. Space is limited, so don’t miss out—register by February 14th by calling 815-875-6468.
