The Covered Bridge Quilters Guild is set to host its monthly gathering at the New Hope Church of the Nazarene in Princeton on June 5th at 6:30 PM. This session spotlights local artist Liz Kegebein, who will share insights and techniques on Barn Quilt Painting, a unique tradition of adorning barns with colorful quilt patterns. Community members interested in textile arts are encouraged to attend. “Bring your projects, machine, hand work, or whatever you would like to work on and join us.”
Guests can join for a $5 fee, which will be credited toward an annual membership of $24 if they sign up that evening. New members are always welcome. Alongside regular meetings, the guild is hosting an open sew day this Thursday at the church starting at 10 AM. Attendees are encouraged to bring any projects, sewing machines, or handwork.
