Outdoor enthusiasts are invited to take part in the Friends of the Hennepin Canal’s monthly hike this Sunday, September 14th. The “Water Snake” hike covers 4.8 miles, starting at Bridge 17A and ending at Bridge 15 near the Sheffield Visitor’s Center. Participants should meet at the Visitor’s Center main parking lot by 1:30 PM, where transportation will be provided to the starting point. This event is open to everyone and free of charge.
