Participants can nominate family, friends, or themselves to be “arrested,” with their release depending on bail payments, all made through a collect call. Every dollar raised will directly benefit the Resident Holiday Fund, supporting festive celebrations for residents. Event organizers also encourage guests to bring non-perishable food donations for the local food pantry, aiming to spread cheer throughout the wider community. Activities run from 9 AM to 4:30 PM at Avenues at Royal Oak, promising laughter and goodwill.
