This scenic 4.6-mile trek will take participants from Lock 30 to Lock 32, offering a chance to spot the majestic bald eagle along the way. The adventure begins at 1:30 p.m., with a meeting point at the steel dam in Milan. From there, hikers will be shuttled to the Mississippi River to commence the journey back. Directions: Take I-80 to I-280 to exit 15 in Milan onto E. 1st Ave. (Airport Road) going towards Milan. Take the first road on the right (Frontage Road) and follow it to the right to 14th St. NE past the warehouses back to the parking lot by the old steel dam.
