A game recap from Coach Bermudez: “Another hard game that the boilermakers had against abingdon. Abingdon had very fast players, but Kewanee knew how to control them. The home team had a couple of players injured so we had to use our subs which they did awesome. It was abingdon who hit first when Kewanee looked like had control of the game. Kewanee started playing harder, they were not taking another loss, at minute 38 of 2nd half Isidro Martinez had a great kick that left abingdon’s goalie with no chance to react, Martinez tied the game. Game ending in a tie 1-1.”
