The Angel Tree program in Kewanee has extended its registration deadline to November 25th, before the close of business at 5 PM, giving families more time to apply for holiday assistance. Parents or guardians with children between the ages of one and thirteen can register either online or in person at the Salvation Army Store at 119 North Tremont Street. Applicants must provide a medical card, a valid ID, and proof of current address. This initiative, in collaboration with Patchy’s Red, White, and Blue Christmas Toy Drive, is dedicated to making sure local children receive gifts this holiday season.
