Kewanee Boys Track Takes Second Ferris Coed

“The Kewanee boys track team finished 2nd to Rock Falls Monday at the the Ferris Invitational in Princeton. The boys overall performed at their best in this meet. 1st place finishes went to Anthony Padilla in the 110 and 300 hurdles, Dontaveon Thomas in the high jump, and the 4×100 relay of Tre Amos, Prestin Stabler, Davontae Jordan, and Tyson Currie. The 4×200, 4×400, and the 4×800 relays all finished 2nd during the meet, other notables were Prestin Stabler 2nd in 400 and 3rd in 100, Dontaveon Thomas 2nd in the triple jump and 3rd in the long jump, JJ Roginski 2nd in the high jump, Leo Gandarilla 3rd in shot and discus, and Micheal Bermudez 3rd in the 800. Kewanee will be at the Dunlap Invitational Friday.”
