Cemetery staff in Kewanee will begin the annual fall cleanup on October 20th, continuing through October 31st. During this time, all decorations will be removed and discarded from seven cemeteries, including Pleasant View, South Pleasant View, Mount Olivet, St. Mary’s, Kewanee, Russian, and Wethersfield. Families and friends are asked to collect any items they wish to keep before October 20th. The Cemetery Department also requests that no new decorations be placed until after the cleanup ends.
