The Church of Peace in Kewanee is getting ready for its annual Oktoberfest, scheduled for October 19th. Visitors can look forward to traditional German bratwurst or classic beef hot dogs, served with a variety of sides and dessert. Families are welcome, with kids under ten enjoying their meal at no cost. Both dine-in and carry-out meals are offered. A donation of $10 is suggested for adults. Those interested are encouraged to pre-order by October 14th to help organizers prepare. This event is a beloved tradition and a delicious way to support the community.
