In Kewanee, the season of giving is in full swing, demonstrated by the commendable efforts of the Abilities Plus Aktion Club and Visitation Builders Club. These groups have been actively supporting Patchy’s Toy Drive and the Salvation Army to ensure a joyful holiday for all. Recently, Kewanee Kiwanis Club board members made their annual donations to these noteworthy causes. Heather Dana of Patchy’s Toy Drive and Eddie Tolliver, the Executive Director of the Salvation Army in Kewanee, received the contributions. Following the presentation, several members dedicated their time to assisting in Santa’s workshop, embodying the true spirit of community service and holiday cheer.
