The KHS girls’ bowling team took to the lanes on Wednesday, facing off against Ottawa in a home matchup. Kewanee posted a team total of 1623 pins, but Ottawa rolled ahead with an impressive 2629. Senior Kristina Quanstrom led the Kewanee squad, scoring a 442 series and hitting a high game of 160. Other notable scores for Kewanee include Jazmen Moran’s 311 and Nyla Green’s 289. Ottawa’s Kilah Figenbaum delivered the day’s top series with 506. Looking ahead, Kewanee is set to host the 45th Annual Anel Dura Invitational this Saturday, starting at 9 AM.
