The Kewanee High School girls bowling team kicked off their first dual meet at Pin Splitter Lanes in Princeton, facing United Township and Canton. The Boiler girls secured their first win of the season against Canton, tallying a 1485-1320 victory, but fell to United Township with a 1966-2162 final. Senior Kristina Quanstrom led Kewanee, rolling a 461 series, while junior Sofia Sotelo had a 412 series with a high game of 186. KHS hosts Ottawa tonight at 4 PM and looks ahead to the 45th Annual Anel Dura Invitational, set for Saturday, December 6th, at 9 AM.
