Kewanee is set to welcome its very first dog park, a project made possible by a generous gift honoring a special individual. Although the name of the park remains under wraps, anticipation is building around the forthcoming unveiling and naming ceremony. The Kewanee Park District is actively seeking bids from contractors and businesses to help bring this community project to life. This exciting development promises to provide a dedicated space for four-legged friends and their owners to enjoy. The Kewanee Park District is inviting competitive bids for various improvements at Chautauqua Park. These include fencing, concrete work, water line installation, and the installation of park amenities. Bidders must comply with all regulations and provide necessary insurance certifications.
