Deana Mesarchik (35) of Streator was arrested cited for DUI alcohol/intoxicating compound/drug and cited for driving without headlights when required, driver possession of adult use cannabis, uninsured motor vehicle. Deana was transported to LASCO Jail and subsequently was released with an NTA.
