On 6/13/2024 at 5:13 am LaSalle County Deputies located a vehicle with a male subject standing outside of it waving people down in the area of I-39 & W Walnut ST. (LaSalle TWP) Subsequently the owner/operator of the vehicle, Thomas Madden (75) of Chicago, IL was arrested for DUI combination of alcohol/drugs and illegal transportation of alcohol. He was transported to LASCO jail and later released with a NTA.
On 6/14/2024 at 1:32 am LaSalle County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of RT 18 & E 7th RD. (Hope TWP) Reilly Young (22) of Peoria, IL was cited for speeding 75 mph in a 55 mph zone.
