On 8/23/2024 at 10:10 pm LaSalle County Deputies located a vehicle parked with its emergency flasher lights on, partially on the roadway in the area of RT 71 & E 2603rdRD. (Mission TWP) The driver Tyrone Weathersby (53) of Ottawa was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol and arrested for DUI, BAC of .111. Tyrone was transported to LASCO jail and later released with a NTA.
On 8/24/2024 at 9:31 am LaSalle County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of RT 23 & Etna RD. (Ottawa TWP) Dwight Banks (74) of Ottawa was cited for failure to wear seat belt when required.
