The Bureau County Senior Center is inviting the public to a special session focused on the new dietary guidelines. This informative event will take place on January 27, 2026, from 1:30 to 2:30 PM at 16 West Marion Street in Princeton. Attendees can learn how to calculate their daily calories, determine servings from each food group, and plan a day’s menu using the New Pyramid.
