The University of Illinois Extension is offering workshops focused on creating quick and nutritious meals with fresh, seasonal ingredients. These interactive sessions are set for August 22nd at Granville’s Putnam County Library and August 26th at the Bureau County Senior Center in Princeton. Participants will learn practical skills for healthy cooking, along with tips on maximizing flavor and nutrition using ingredients available during the season. Those interested are encouraged to register directly through the University of Illinois Extension, as space is limited.
