Fans of French cuisine have an opportunity to master the art of crepes at an upcoming educational event in DePue. Illinois Extension’s Susan Glassman will host “For the Love of Crepes,” an interactive class highlighting the versatility of this classic dish for sweet and savory meals. Attendees will learn crepe-making techniques, explore unique fillings, and take home recipes to inspire creativity in the kitchen.
