Learn to Make Sweet and Savory Crepes at DePue Cooking Class on February 5, 2026

Fans of French cuisine have an opportunity to master the art of crepes at an upcoming educational event in DePue. Illinois Extension’s Susan Glassman will host “For the Love of Crepes,” an interactive class highlighting the versatility of this classic dish for sweet and savory meals. Attendees will learn crepe-making techniques, explore unique fillings, and take home recipes to inspire creativity in the kitchen. The class takes place on February 5th from 12:30 to 1:30 PM at the Selby Township Library. Spots are limited to 16 adults; register now at go.illinois.edu/lovecrepes or call 815-224-0894.
