Live Kewanee Candidates Forum Hosted by League of Women Voters on March 19, 2025

A candidates forum will be held at Kewanee City Hall featuring candidates for the Kewanee City Council, Wethersfield School Board, Black Hawk College Board, and Kewanee Township Trustee on Wednesday, March 19th, at 7 PM. Hosted by the Kewanee Area League of Women Voters and Regional Media, it will be open to the public, broadcast on 1450 AM and 102.1 FM, and streamed online. For ballot details, visit henrycty.com.

The forum follows a strict format. The candidates will make an opening statement, followed by questions from the LWV moderator and audience, and a closing statement.  The candidates are invited to mingle with the audience afterward, and refreshments will be provided.
