The weather cooperated this weekend for the Illinois Special Olympics. A local Kewanee man took first and third places in his categories. Andrew placed 3rd in the Tennis Ball Throw and 1st in the Wheelchair Cone Race. This means Andrew Yarger is competing next month at the State competition.
