MACOMB, IL – The Macomb Police Department (MPD) has announced that they will be taking part in Dunkin’s “Cop on a Rooftop” event this Friday.
The event, now in its 21st year, is a collaboration between Dunkin Donuts, Special Olympics Illinois, and local law enforcement agencies statewide raising money to support programming for Special Olympics athletes across the state of Illinois.
Officers from the MPD, Illinois State Police Troop 4, Western Illinois University Office of Public Safety, and McDonough County Sheriff’s Department will be taking part in the event at the Macomb Dunkin’s location at 820 W Jackson Street from 5 a.m. until noon.
