MACOMB, IL – The Macomb Area Chamber of Commerce held their 2022 Annual Awards Happy Hour event on Wednesday evening at the Macomb Dining Company.
During the event, they acknowledged the efforts of several Chamber members, citizens, and community leaders who played a vital part in the 2022 business community with awards including:
- Chamber Ambassador of the Year – Laura Leezer (Citizens Bank, a Division of Morton Community Bank).
- Chairman’s Award – Matt Lawver (United Community Bank)
- Business Leaders of the Year – Johnny McKee and Brian Kerr (Sports Corner @ 124)
- Business of the Year – The Wine Sellers
The Chamber also recognized Outgoing Board Members Ryan Riggins (Mid America National Bank) and Dr. Christine Standard (Macomb Audiology & Hearing Aid).
They also issued a special thank you to the Chamber Board of Directors, the Chamber Ambassador Committee, Chamber Staff, Macomb Dining Company, Blue Sky Bungalow, Nostalgia Décor + Gifts, and Engraving by Lin for their assistance in making the event successful.
