1. Consideration of an Ordinance to Create A Class MB+OC+SS+OW Liquor License Submitted by The Busted Cup Brewhouse, LLC located at 324 N Lafayette St, Macomb, Illinois, 61455.

2. Consideration of an Ordinance to Adopt a Battery Energy Storage Station (BESS).

3. Consideration of an Ordinance to Create a Special Event Liquor License for St. Hubert Parrish’s Raisings Saints Block Party.
A copy of the ordinance is in the packet. Attorney Scalf will present for first reading.
4. Consideration to Authorize Purchase of a Replacement Pump and Associated Equipment for University Drive Lift Station.
A copy of a memo prepared by Josh Peters, Wastewater Manager, is in the packet. Final action is in order.
5. Consideration to Authorize the Repair Estimates for new pumps at Derry Addition and Spring Lake #2 Lift Stations.

6. Consideration to Authorize a Construction Engineering Agreement with Maurer Stutz in the amount of $1,582,000.00 for the City of Macomb’s New Water Plant.

7. Consideration to Authorize an Agreement between the City of Macomb Public Transportation and the Macomb Municipal Airport for an Event on Sunday, June 28, 2026, from 7am until noon.

8. Consideration to Authorize an Agreement between Wesley United Methodist Church and the City of Macomb Public Transportation to Provide Bus Services.
This had discussion at Committee of the Whole May 26, 2026. Final action is in order.
9. Consideration to Authorize Making Application to the Strong Communities Grant.
A memo from Grants Supervisor Biddenstadt is attached. This was discussed at the Community Development Committee meeting on May 28, 2026, with a recommendation to council. Final Action is in order.
