Galesburg Dairy Queen on Grand Avenue was robbed by two masked men on January 11, 2024, around 9 PM. Galesburg Police are asking for information about the two masked robbers who held up employees with a gun and demanded money from the cash registers. An employee saw the barrel of a gun sticking out of the bag one suspect put on the counter. The masked men demanded money and left with an undisclosed amount of cash from the register. The suspects left and were not found during a canvass of the area by the Galesburg Police. The case remains under investigation.
