This weekend is a big weekend for the Kewanee School District! The Kewanee High School Hall of Fame Committee has invited “outstanding athletes and a championship team of the past” to be honored at the KHS home football game this Friday, September 20, 2024, at 7 PM, at the start of the varsity game. The Athletic Hall of Fame Inductees will be introduced Friday night to kick off a weekend honoring the 2024 Hall of Fame Inductees. The inductees and their guests will get to stay and watch the game against the Princeton Tigers.

The honorees and their guests are invited to a social hour at Kewanee High School on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 4 PM. An “invitation only” banquet will follow at 5 PM in HF Brockman Gym, which is catered by Downtown Eatery and Bakery of Kewanee. Following the banquet, the honorees will formally be inducted into the Kewanee High School Hall of Fame Ceremony at 6:15 PM. The induction ceremony is in Peterson Auditorium and is open to the public.
