Ourth offers experience in preventative care, chronic disease management, and rural health—essential services for the community. Ourth, who grew up on a farm near Fountain Green, brings his rural roots and a strong commitment to family-focused care to Hancock County. His educational background includes degrees from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Western Illinois University, and a Physician Assistant Master’s Degree from the University of Dubuque. Ourth’s hands-on experience as a patient care technician, along with public health work during the COVID-19 pandemic, uniquely equips him for his new role serving patients of all ages in the Bowen community.
