Memorial Hospital is inviting community members to participate in a preventive health screening event for just $25 per person. Included in this package are an A1C test, lipid panel, body composition analysis, and vision screenings. Fasting for 10 to 12 hours before the appointment is recommended for the most accurate results. After the screening, participants can enjoy a complimentary breakfast at the hospital’s Courtyard Café.
