Memorial Hospital in Carthage, Illinois, is celebrating National Nutrition Month with an innovative video series titled ‘Food Connects Us.’ This exciting initiative features the culinary expertise of Chef Amber Clark, alongside knowledgeable dietitians Ashlyn Housewright, Kara Andrew, and Julie Shoemaker. The series is designed to showcase simple yet nutritious meal options, emphasizing the importance of healthy eating habits. The goal is to inspire both hospital employees and the local community to incorporate nutritious meals into their daily routines, fostering a culture of health and wellness.
