The Moline Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating Jazmyne Garcia, a 25-year-old from Davenport who disappeared after attending a parade in Moline on November 2nd. She briefly received medical attention at Unity Point in Rock Island late Saturday but has not been seen since leaving the facility. Described as 5’2″, Jazmyne has a noticeable tattoo saying ‘Josie’ on her left forearm. At the time of her disappearance, she was dressed in a dark sweatshirt and sweatpants and could be without shoes. Authorities urge anyone with information to contact law enforcement immediately to ensure Jazmyne’s safe return to her family. No suspicion of foul play is suspected.
