Moline Woman Arrested for Exploitation and Sexual Assault of a Child

In Moline, Illinois State Police have arrested 46-year-old Shanna L. Miller for manufacturing child sexual abuse materials and predatory criminal sexual assault of a child. The arrest followed a months-long investigation, culminating in Miller’s apprehension on December 21, 2024. She is currently held at Rock Island County Jail, awaiting her first appearance and detention hearing. She is charged with Manufacturing Child Pornography (Class X Felony) and Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child (Class X Felony).
