The Henry and Stark County Health Departments, alongside First Choice Healthcare, are offering monthly CPR certification classes for residents. With heart disease remaining a top cause of death nationwide, these sessions are vital. Participants will learn how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies across all age groups, as well as the use of Automated External Defibrillators. Sessions take place on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 4 to 6 p.m. at 110 N. Burr Blvd., Kewanee. The $45 registration fee must be paid in advance.
