As the clock change approaches with daylight saving time kicking in this Sunday, March 9th, the Henry & Stark County Health Departments, along with the Office of Emergency Management, are urging residents to take action. Part of the “Get Ready: Set Your Clocks, Check Your Stocks” campaign by APHA, this effort encourages everyone to review and update their emergency preparedness stockpiles. Ensure food, water, and supplies are adequate, and nothing is missing or expired. Additionally, it’s the perfect time to check your smoke alarm batteries.
