“All in all, a very good day for us. It was great to see our girls win our first Gary Coates championship since 2019. All of our top 4 girls had their best Gary Coates Invite times, plus we had several personal bests along the way, Those who didn’t get personal bests were very close to them. So our consistency paid off and we also displayed the best depth we’ve had in a few years. On the boy’s side, we had some good performances as well. Augustus looked strong in the Varsity race, plus Cruz, Brady, and Allister all had their best races of the season or career,” Pat Hodge-Princeton
