Princeton’s boys placed 34th out of a crowded field, with Augustus Swanson their top finisher at 17:52. On the girls’ side, Shelbyville secured the team title, led by Tessa Bowers’ winning 16:49. Princeton’s Ruby Acker led her squad in 19:58, the second-fastest PHS time ever at this meet. Several Princeton runners set personal bests despite warm, muggy race conditions. “We had some nice performances. It was muggy and warm for this time of year, but the efforts were good and we had a few personal meet and/or Detweiller bests.” Pat Hodge-Princeton
