Celebrate Christmas spirit while learning to assemble a charcutier board for holiday parties that won’t jeopardize your waistline. Join us for a fun-filled evening on Thursday, December 8, 2022, from 6:00 – 7:30 PM at the Bureau County Farm Bureau in Princeton. We will focus on wellness, food safety, and a variety of food- related topics.
For the evening, we have enlisted Susan Glassman, a Nutrition and Wellness Educator, Family and Consumer Sciences through the University of Illinois Extension to assist with demonstrations. Susan will demonstrate how to make a delicious holiday charcuterie board to entertain guests, while swapping calories and fats, but not flavor.
Everyone will go home with their own personal sized charcuterie board to make your own creations at home! Space is limited so reserve your spot today.
