The public is invited to attend a program at the Bureau County Genealogical Society about Operation Honor Flight on December 1, 2022, beginning at 7 PM. They are located at 629 S Main Street and the program is free to attend. Charlotte McGrath, of Ottawa, will share her history and experiences from her Honor Flight trip with a Power Point presentation. On October 6, 2021, Charlotte McGrath had the honor and privilege of a lifetime traveling with 92 female Veterans from World war II, Korea and Vietnam to Washington D.C.. The flight was sponsored by Honor Flight of Chicago.
