Kane County Murder Suspect Captured by the US Marshals Great Lakes Task Force

An individual wanted by Kane County for Murder was captured by LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office members of the US Marshals Great Lakes Regional Task Force on October 4, 2023, in the 400 block of South Sterling Street in Streator.   Rodolfo Madrigal, 43, is wanted for First Degree Murder (Class M Felony) and Attempted First Degree Murder (Class X Felony) from an investigation from the Montgomery Police Department in January 2021.  Madrigal is held in the LaSalle County Jail without bond.
