The LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Wisconsin man for being a fugitive from Justice. Jason T. Procknow, 50, of Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin, was arrested on June 13, 2023, is being held at the LaSalle County ail with no bond awaiting extradition to Wisconsin. Procknow is no wanted out of Wisconsin for three (3) counts of Possession of Child Pornography. According to Sheriff Diss, Investigators discovered Procknow traveled from the State of Wisconsin to LaSalle County with a minor. The minor child was safely returned to her parents.
This matter is still under investigation by the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office, the Illinois Attorney Generals Office, LaSalle County States Attorneys Office, North Fond Du Lac Police Department, Wisconsin Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Further charges may be filed in LaSalle County once the investigation is complete.
