The Continuing Education Office of Illinois Valley Community College is offering Mindset Matters for Athletes on June 13, 2023, from 1 to 2:30 PM for children ages 7-12 (Session 9613) and from 3 to 4:30 PM for children ages 13-17 (Session 9612). Instructor Jamie Stuart Taylor is a mother of five and a therapist. Mindset master will help students master their own personal mental game with skills and techniques to succeed on and off the field. “If you participate in sports, you know how important physical training is. The narrative you tell yourself is what really matters. Join me as I lead you through an hour and a half workshop to help you in the game of life,” said Taylor.
