The Princeton Public Library is honoring the Friends of the Princeton Library group for all the hard work and effort they dedicate to the library. Friends of the Princeton Public Library are sponsors of the Library Cafe for the month of October. On October 20, 2023, from 2 PM to 5 PM, the group are celebrating Friends of the Library Week by cookies and cider from the cafe. Friends of the Library Week is October 15th to October 21st and all members of the group are invited to stop in the library for a Fall treat. There will also be information available for anyone interested in joining the Friends of the Princeton Public Library Group. The Friends of the Princeton Library have a long history of volunteering for the Princeton Public Library. They understand the importance of well funded libraries and advocate to ensure the Princeton Public Library gets the resources needed to provide a wide variety of assistance in research, readers’ advisory and children’s services.
Without the assistance of the Friends of the Library, many programs and resources would not be possible. Joining the friends group offers the opportunity to get to know and connect with more people and offers a variety of way to contribute based on the interests of the volunteers. Friends of the Libraries also enjoy the benefits of membership with special book sale privileges.

For those who can not make it, visit the cafe for a variety of warm and cold beverages every Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 1 PM.
