A 92-year-old Princeton man remains missing from the 400 block of West Putnam. John Atkinson was last seen on foot at 2:30 PM on December 24th. There is no known clothing description. If you have seen him please contact the Princeton Police Department at 815-872-2351.
UPDATE: The Princeton Police, along with friends and family, have been searching through the night for Mr. Atkinson. As of now we have been unsuccessful. We are asking anyone who lives near the 400 block of West Farnham to check their yards and any garages, etc. that may have an unlocked door.
We are asking ANYONE having a camera in the area to check to see if their is any footage of him passing by it.
Also, be advised members of the PPD will be out walking/driving in the neighborhoods searching. We will also be checking yards and unlocked doors.
